BEFORE CLASS

WHAT I NEED

  1. Make sure you bring a bottle of water and a small towel.
  2. Arrive 10 minutes early to your first class, so we can introduce you to your instructor and give you an overview of what to expect.
  3. Classes are 60 minutes in total and combine a mixture of cardiovascular exercises, strength training and core stability exercises.
  4. Class breakdown. 5 minutes of warm up and dynamic stretching, followed by 45 minutes of exercises including short breaks. Then 5 minutes of abs, followed by 5 minutes of stretching and cool down.

DURING CLASS

  1. All you need are your workout clothes and comfortable trainers. We’ve got everything else covered.

  1. Chat with your instructor about how you found the class and how it will enable you to reach your goals.
  2. If you prefer a different type of training, speak to your instructor about 1-2-1 training.
