WHAT I NEED
- Make sure you bring a bottle of water and a small towel.
- Arrive 10 minutes early to your first class, so we can introduce you to your instructor and give you an overview of what to expect.
- Classes are 60 minutes in total and combine a mixture of cardiovascular exercises, strength training and core stability exercises.
- Class breakdown. 5 minutes of warm up and dynamic stretching, followed by 45 minutes of exercises including short breaks. Then 5 minutes of abs, followed by 5 minutes of stretching and cool down.

- All you need are your workout clothes and comfortable trainers. We’ve got everything else covered.
- Chat with your instructor about how you found the class and how it will enable you to reach your goals.
- If you prefer a different type of training, speak to your instructor about 1-2-1 training.
